15x15 extrusion E3D Revo nozzle storage

A storage holder for E3D Revo nozzles, sized for 15 x 15 extrusions.

The nozzles are secured by screwing into M4 heat set inserts. 

The holder itself can be fixed to the extrusion by using these excellent M3 snap in nuts. There are recesses in the bottom to accommodate the 1mm protrusion of the nuts.

I designed it specifically for my Voron 0 but it should fit any 15 x 15 extrusion.

Two files are provided, one with embossed labels and one without. You can modify the CAD model on OnShape.

The pre-sliced file is the version without labels.

Assembly

Insert the M4 heat set inserts from the top and use a soldering iron to melt them into place. Take care that they are inserted straight, otherwise your nozzles might look crooked or even not fit properly.

You may need to clear away some of the melted plastic below the heat set insert. I simply used a long bolt (M4x30) to clear the path.
