Avalanche Probe Clip Stick

I designed this as i already had an avalanche Probe but no clipstick before possibly spending the money on one.

Features:

• ellipticaloptician's plate (remixed) design allows you to place and retrieve quickdraws

• Fits many carabiner shapes and sizes (tested with “Petzl Ange S” - “Petzl Attache”)

• Adapter and neck allow for more movement

Compatibility:

Designed for “Mammut Carbon Probe 280 speed lock” and fits quite snug, check the dimensions for use with different probe:

• 13.6mm pole dia.
• 14.2mm max head dia.

Required Hardware:

• 2x M6x25mm hex bolt
• 2x M6 wing/thumb nut
• 2x M3x10-15 bolt

Optional Hardware:

• 2x M3 threaded insert

Printing:

• I Printed all parts in PETG an with 0.6mm nozzle dia.
• Recommend solid infill or thick walls.

Probe Adapter:

• 2 versions available:
  • “M3 insert” designed for M3 threaded inserts (by cnckitchen)
  • “no insert” designed to screw directly into the print (2.4mm holes).
• Print with clamping bolts and slot facing up
