Print a clasp (or both to see which style works best for you)
Print the cord with TPU (any color)
Thread bases onto cord (see attached diagrams)
Attach bulbs to bases (glue optional if you have a good friction fit)
Notes:
These are faux bulbs and the necklace does not actually light up.
I've included two cords of the same length. One of the cords has a tighter spiral for smaller build plates.
I printed my bulbs in vase mode to eliminate the seam but you'll have to print them individually (you may be able to fit more than one on the build plate if printing by object in vase mode).
The friction fit of the bulb and base will vary depending on filament. I used various types of PLA and ultimately glued them in place.
Needle nose plyers are helpful if you find the threading difficult.
