Update 4 SEP 2024: Added 1-3/8" Insert Ring and 1-3/16" Insert Ring.

I needed to replace a couple of the ring inserts on my JessEm Mast-R-Lift router table, but I wanted to see if I could duplicate it instead of just buying one because, well. . . I can.

So, I was able to successfully duplicate the insert plate, and then I made it parametric, so I just had to put in the diameter of the hole, and everything else was automatic.  Then, I decided to put numbers on them to easily differentiate them.

These plates work perfectly with the JessEm Mast-R-Lift I have, and the wrench fits without issue as well.  The texture on the top surface is from the Prusa textured print bed surface, which I really like.

Do not use supports.  Prusaslicer complains, but they print just fine without supports.  I have been using them for a couple of weeks without issue.  I printed them in PLA and PETG.  The PLA ones are more rigid, so that is what I ended up printing all of mine in.  They were printed with 4 perimeters, 6 top and bottom layers, and 30% gyroid infill (what little infill there is).

They are numbered from 1 to 10, and the number is the diameter of the hole, in 4ths of an inch.

1 = 1/4"     2 = 1/2"     3 = 3/4"    . . .   9 = 2-1/4"     10 = 2-1/2"

I also designed and printed a holder for them, since I wanted them to be mounted on my wall.
