Christmas Pyramid Candle Carousel

ATTENTION!

Do not leave this unattended. Have a eye on it while using it so you can react in case something goes wrong.

Snowman goes weeeeeee

Material List:

• M3 Rod 400mm (If you get issues with your wings bending under the heat choose a bigger rod to make the distance bigger)
• 7x M3 Nut
• 3mm Precision ball (place it on the bottom of the rod to reduce the friction)
• 12x Tea lights
• ca. 500g - 600g of Filament

Printing Instructions:

Wings

For the wings use a layer hight of 0.2mm this will result in two layers on the bottom. so there are no holes.

In case you want the colour change as seen in the picture. Just change the filament after the second layer finished. (0.4mm)

If you have, use a heat resistant material like ABS or PETG.

Column

Use at least 4 Outer Shells. This is more important than the infill and make them stable.

Remaining parts

The remaining parts can be printed as you want. Nothing special to do.

Figures:

I designed some Figures by myself but you probably can place here whatever you want.

If you make your own Figures and want to put them on the plug, just make a round hole with a diameter of 5mm and a depth of 5mm.

Assembly:

You can just put all the parts together. They should fit without glue. I Recommend to print first only one of each part to see how they fit together and if needed to scale them a bit.

Safety:

• Do not leave this unattended or alone with children's.
• Have something nearby to extinguish any out brake of fire.
• Place it with a distance to other objects to prevent lighting them up.
• Maybe you don't need to light up all the candles. For me it is enough to light up only the bottom row.
• It can also be powered by alternative heat sources. I did try for example my PC or the heater. This might be less dangerous than candles.
