mir ist aufgefallen, dass die Toleranzen für die Ausschnitte der Logos je nach Druckerkalibrierung verwendeter Düse etc. manchmal zu eng sind.

Daher lade ich die Kiste nochmal mit angepassten vergrösserten Logoausnehmungen hoch.

Sixpack Bierträger zur individuellen Gestaltung  

Stützen nur unter den 4 Kistengriffen  notwendig- ich habe die Aufmalstützen vom Prusaslicer verwendet.

Druckt die Kiste/Griffe und Stopper abhängig von der Nutzung so stabil als möglich/nötig, immerhin kommen bei voller Befüllung rund 5,3kg Belastung drauf. Vor allem beim Griff+Stoppern viele Perimeter und hohes Infill verwenden.

Griffe und Stopper werden nach dem einfädeln verschraubt oder sicher verstiftet (hierfür kann zb. ein entsprechender Nagel mit einem Lötkolben eingeschmolzen werden)

Tip: druckt vorab eine Miniatur der Kiste (zum Beispiel 33%) mit dem selben Material und den Druckeinstellungen, die ihr für den Druck der vollen Größe verwenden würdet, das braucht nicht viel Zeit und Material, und ihr könnt mögliche Probleme bezüglich   
Layerhaftung, Gesamtstabilität etc.
frühzeitig erkennen und korrigieren.

Supports only necessary under the 4 crate handles - I used the painting supports from the Prusaslicer.

Depending on the use, print the crate/handles and stoppers as stably as possible/necessary, after all, when fully filled they will have a load of around 5.3 kg. Use a lot of perimeters and high infill, especially for handles and stoppers.

Handles and stoppers are screwed or securely pinned after insert (for this purpose, for example, a short nail can be melted in with a soldering iron)

tip: pre-print a miniature of the crate (for example 33%) with the same material and print settings that you would use to print the full size, this does not take much time and material, and you can avoid possible problems regarding
Layer adhesion, overall stability etc.
detect and correct early.
