For a tree decoration you have two options
One is just simply tie a thread just below the star
The second is like on the photos
You will need to cut off the tip of the print (just a few mm) to make a hole for a thread (rather thicker, like a yarn)
The easiest way to put a thread in the hole is to use a big needle. Put a thread in the needle's hole making a loop on one side with two ends on the other side. Then push a needle from the bottom to top through the hole in the print and take of the needle
After that make a few knots (one on another, should be bigger than a hole) to tie both ends together and secure the thread

Tested with 0.4mm nozzle
0.6mm line width
0.2mm layer hight
This way you will get a print with holes in spiral order around the tree (see photos in dark)
Holes are small so without a light under the model they are rather hard to see
If you don't want any holes you can lower the layer hight or use highier line width (with bigger nozzle)
Or you can print it in normal mode with 2 walls
And on the other hand printing with for example smaller line width will make that holes bigger

You can also try to set a pause just below a star and change the color to have more distinctive star
