Nozzle Cleaner Remover

This tool serves two purpose:

• Remove printer nozzle
• Guide acupuncture needle to clean the nozzle passage

M7 socket with ¼" square opening is required for E3D nozzle.

The metal socket allow the tool to be used with nozzle while it is still hot.  Do not leave the tool on the hot nozzle for too long, it may melt the plastic part.  (model in picture printed in ABS).

To clean the nozzle.  Slide the socket and handle over the nozzle, then extend the acupuncture needle into the nozzle to clear the passage.

The printed needle hole size may differ depending on the printer.  So you may need to try a few different ones.  For me, I used the 0.6mm stl model to fit the 0.3mm acupuncture needle.

Note: It may be difficult to insert the acupuncture needle into the tool initially. Try inserting the needle from the nozzle end first.
