Description
This is a simple C style clip to hold ring for a flag. It allows you to use a longer boat hook as a flag pole. The hooks fit the final section of a standard aluminum boat hook pole.

Notes:
I would do PETG because it will be in the sun and heat, and at least 35% infill. At 50%, a roughly 3x5 flag will stay in place in 20+ MPH winds.
