Description
This is a simple option for the RepKord RepBox filament organizer to attach your bowden tubes directly to the plug for each filament. It replaces the PG7 strain relief devices which are horrible at holding the PTFE tubing used in bowden tubes and get pushed in or pulled out too often.
You will also need as many M6 PC fittings as you plan to print. E.g, Prusa MMU's uses 5. These can be purchased from your favorite supplier very cheap.
Simply use the included M12 nut to attach, it will fit the hexagonal cut out in the acrylic parts, I can't speak for other materials (MDF) but should work.
The hold for the PC fitting is threaded to a tight m6, you'll use the metal threads to complete the thread, do not over tighten.
I recommend 3 perimeters for the threads.
