Project Box

This is a customizable project box that can be printed fully enclosed or with interchangeable end panels for passing wires in or out. STL's are included for end panels with a side slot, center slot, double slot, or no slots. Also included panels with side and center slots in a larger size (7.5mm width).

Designed to use 4 - #6 x 1/2" countersunk screws or equivalent.

Fully enclosed enclosure requires only Box-FullyEnclosed.stl and Lid-FullyEnclosed.stl

Open-ended requires Box-OpenEnded.stl, Lid-OpenEnded.stl and two EndCaps.

Although this design is easily modified with Tinkercad or any other tool for editing an STL, the dimensions of this particular box are:

Outside Measurements: 100 x 65mm
Inside Measurements: 90 x 56mm

I printed the enclosure with Translucent PLA because I had electronics with LED's that I was hoping would be somewhat visible.

Print settings that I used were:

Layer Height: .2

Infill: 20%
