Assembly/mounting tips:
Clean helmet mounting surface with alcohol before adhering
Safety wire should be considered mandatory since the connection between the mount and the helmet is not very rigid with VHB tape alone. If using epoxy to permanently adhere the mount to the helmet, safety wire may not be necessary
The M6 nut on the backside is held in with friction and is expected to be a tight fit. Due to printing or nut sizing variations, you may find it necessary to adhere the nut in it's recess to keep it from falling out
Ensure the V-groove at the top of the mount rests firmly against the matching surface on the helmet chin piece for maximum stability. Retaining the mount with safety wire will ensure consistent contact in this area
