I fought with my bed binding for a long time before I figured out it was because the T-nut mounting screws had slid into the spring in the backlash nut.

Downsides

christophmuellerorg's original design is excellent. The extra space on the slots is going to create flexibility for slightly different T-nuts. My design works with the T-nut shipped with the LDO kits, and might not for other kits or self sourced kits. The original design avoids thin walled sections between the hole for the lead screw and the M3 mounting screws. Filling in this section means that the print will be less reliable, especially when printed on non-Voron printers.
