Christmas Tree Shape RGB Lantern

A Christmas lantern to place on the table or near your christmas tree. Only suitable for led candle or rgb light source.

This lantern was designed to receive a rgb light source like these RGB Submersible LED Light Candle found on Aliexpress.

STL parts are allready well oriented for printing. No supports needed.
The assembly of parts will be done with cyanoacrylate glue (3d gloop PLA glue seems best as i saw on youtube reviews). I did the assembly with regular cyanoacrylate glue though.

You can print all decorative panels or just the ones you prefer.

Assembly :

1. Glue the 6 light diffusers on the 6 decorative panels.
   
   
   
   
    
2. Prepare the Top part by removing the supports.
   
   
   
   
   
    
3. Glue the 6 decorative panels step by step on the Bottom part and glue the panels together to form the hexagonal structure.
   
   
   
    
4. Glue the Top part on the top of the decorative panels and voila.
   Let dry. Let dry a bit before manipulating.
   
   
   
    
5. Insert the 6 Trees parts on the upper part and on the lower part. This depends on the printer calibration but should fit and hold well. If it's a little loose, there are small holes you can insert pieces of 1.75mm filament into on the lower parts of the trees and on the lower part of the lantern. Perhaps, pre-drill a little before inserting the filament and put a little glue to lock (the filament ends must go right through the parts to hold them).
   Make sure all holes are aligned before pre-drilling
   
   
   
   
    
6. Insert the Tree Topper into the hexagonal hole formed by the 6 Christmas tree parts at the top. You can glue it on.
