Zero Y-Offset + 5015 Fan Backplate for Sprite Pro

~ UPDATE: 08/08/2024 ~ Added a v3, easier nut catch more sturdy side mounting options. V3 has three options. Top mounted, Double mounted and bottom mounted. With this system you need to have a Zero Y-Offset for your BL touch for everything to fit together properly. In that cooling system, it uses Dual 5015 Blower Fans. I thought it would be cool to have a blower fan as the heater block cooling fan because of how much more air it outputs. When upgrading to a high flow kit, I was having issues with heat creep on the stock cooling system. This completely ELIMINATES heat creep. 

Parts: 

     -For this model there are two options, one for heated inserts and one without. If you have the heated inserts, that is a major plus if you do have them, you will need two M3 heated inserts. Here are the heated insert tools I am using ➡ https://amzn.to/4a1ZREI

     -You will need one 25mm or 30mm M3 screw as well as one M3 bolt. Here is the screw set I am using ➡ https://amzn.to/3W450GS

     -One 24V 5015 Blower Fan which can be found here ➡ https://amzn.to/3PioYd3

Printing:

     -NO SUPPORTS ARE NECESSARY! I've designed this model in a way that you do not need supports. The only portion that would “need supports” I've handled with design. 

     -Print this at .2 layer height with at least 3 walls. 

Post processing:

       -The only post processing needed is to insert the heated inserts if you're printing that model. 

Everything should print in about an hour.
