Orbiter 1.5 Extruder Mount for Prusa MK3S and Mosquito Hotends

This is quick remix of my compact BMG extruder for Mosquito hotends. I simply removed the BMG extruder portion and added mount points for the Orbiter 1.5 extruder housing. This ends up being about 50g lighter (240 vs 190g) than the BMG extruder and much easier to maintain.

It is specifically designed to use the Bear X-Carriage only and will mount easily using two 50mm M3 screws in the middle to hold the front cover to the body. It is equally easy to disassemble as it is to assemble as the extruder housing and hotend can be removed with two screws as well.

I only used the design for a couple weeks while I designed a new Orbiter housing to further reduce the weight and get the extruder more compact. Unfortunately I uninstalled this design before I could take any pictures so the attached pictures kind of suck.

I tried 3 different fan designs with the extruder and found the 22.5 degree RHD duct to perform the best but I included all of them in this post.

I am not a designer so I make designs through TinkerCAD so I don't have any source files to share, but feel free to use these designs to inspire better ones in more capable software
