Stamps with Common Handle

Wanted to make some custom stamps to use on postcards I'm sending out but couldn't find anything that matched what I needed. I've included a sample of a text stamp (can easily be customized in Fusion 360) as well as some funny ones of my cats i made 😺. Stamps “click” into the handle easily and hold on firm enough for stamping while also being easy to pull them out and swap!

You'll need 1x Handle and at least 1x stamp to get started. Can likely get away with just the stamp but I found it's hard to apply even pressure without the handle.

Fusion360 file attached can be used to emboss whatever you want to make it into a stamp

Used some cheap ink pads from Amazon that are 35mm x 60mm. You can edit the parameters in the Fusion 360 file to change the height and width of the stamps/handle but no guarantee it will work for all sizes. 

Printing recommendations:

• Iron the last layer for the stamps for better performance
• Sand face of stamp for better contact and ink adhesion
• Would likely work better with TPU but I only have PLA currently
  • PLA worked fine, required stamping on a compliant surface
  • I used a thin mouse pad behind the paper to improve contact when stamping
• Probably want a brim on the handle since it has such a small contact area, but I printed without in the K1 enclosure and it came out fine.
