FritzFon C4 Case Replacement

A replacement part for the AVM Fritz!Fon C4 rear housing cover. The "*_iftest.stl"-file is just a slice to test the interface before you print in full resolution.

The FCstd-files are  made with FreeCAD 0.18.

Print Parameters

You will need supports, but nothing special.

Lesson's Learned

While it fits well into two of my docking stations, it's not as precise as the original. Reason is that the radii are hard to measure. Maybe i'll drop an update here later.

Notes

Infill doesn't matter since the wall thickness is nominally 1.3mm, so it will be treated as solid wall (gap fill) anyhow. I've used external supports for supporting (depending on your printer's overhang performance) the first couple of mm at the bottom. Maybe you want to play around with refined layer heights here in order to increase surface quality.

I've used PrusaSlicer 2.1 for slicing. If you don't like the blossom pattern as the speaker's grid - it's the last step in the part's history, so you can easily delete it and replace it with any other sort of pattern you prefer.
