Bearing Holder for Type 608

This model is a bearing holder for 608Z (22 mm x 7 mm) bearings.

It is a remnant of my toilet paper holder, where the version with bearings was a bit overengineered and failed at its task so I did't use it there.
But it is a nice model so I share it incase maybe someone might find it useful.  

Size: 95 x 80 x 21 mm

For mounting there are two 5mm hexagonal holes on the side.

The bearing is a press-fit. For testing and adjusting the model to factor in your bearings and printer calibration there is a seperate file for a tolerance test. Print it at 100% and insert a bearing. If it doesn't fit to your liking (too loose, too tight) then adjust your print scale by 1-2% and try again. Then print the main model.

Printed in Creality PLA black on Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro with:

• Layer: 0,3 mm
• Infill: 25% Cubic
• Wall Line Count: 5
• Print orientation as in file
• Support: no
• Ironing: yes, if wanted (ironing makes a nicer look)

Change the parameters depending on your needs and use case.
