Gridfinity Vase Mode Divider Bin with Fingerslide and stronger edges, with reinforcing ribs.
I would suggest using PETG for the bins and PLA or PETG for labels.
Print settings:
- nozzle: only use 0,4mm (was tested)
- layer height: 0,2mm
- vase mode: on
- Bottom layers: 4
Advice for printing labels:
- I have provided a file for the labels in a format supported by the popular Fusion 360 software.
- After reworking it to your liking, so that the letters do not stick out (which would prevent stacking), I recommend exporting the model in two parts.
- One we use as a standard model with the descriptions set as a shape subtraction modifier (e.g. Prusaslicer).
- And the other one with the description itself we give in exactly the same place as the cut letters.
- We generate a separate gcode for the description and a separate one for the labels with the cut out description.
- We print first the description and then for these descriptions uncut from the printer table of the labels.
VERY IMPORTANT: The gcodes must not interfere with each other!
Happy printing!
