Iceriver KS0, KS0 Pro, KS0 Ultra, AL0 and RX0 miner spacer for better cooling

This is a 180mm x 200mm x 35mm spacer that fits the Iceriver Iceriver KS0, KS0 Pro, KS0 Ultra, AL0 and RX0 miners.

By lifting up the miner the two intake fans at the bottom improve airflow and the whole metal case has improved heat dissipation.

I use them on all three different KS0 versions and all of them displayed decreased temperatures by up to 4°C. I also use 120mm exhaust fans on top of both miners but they have been running before and after the use of the spacer.

As the miners (expecially the KS0 Ultra) can reach temperatures above 60°C, I would not recommend using PLA or PETG for the print. In my case, I used eSUN ABS+ that withstands temperatures up to 73°C (manufacturer's specs).
