Description
I loved the design of @MarkRichardso_449235 's model of the Mid century Welby mantle clock, but having to trim and glue the lines and dots on the face into place was tedious.
So I remixed it for printing on both printers with multi material capability, and the ability to print the face with just filament a swap as well.
I found a photo of the original clock and made a few slight changes to make the face a little more accurate. I also added slight indents where the legs sit, and positive stops inside the case for the face and back plate to rest up against.
Printed in Wood PLA, Generic PLA, and Silk PLA on the default BambuLabs .12 profile, but changed all line widths to .35 to get slightly finer detail on the logo. I also enabled ironing on all top surfaces of the face as well.
It should also print just fine on the .15 default Prusa profile.
I added a brim and a few small supports to the main body, but needed no other supports.
I just attached the legs with a small dot of superglue.
Thanks again to @MarkRichardso_449235 for this great model!
