TPU cover for u-shaped chair/stool floor protector

Overview

This is a cover I designed to replace the provided felt covers that came with these u-shaped chair/stool furniture floor protectors. Unfortunately I don't remember where I got the floor protectors - if I can find it, I'll update this with a link.

The felt covers kept coming off as we moved our stools in and out, and our floor started to get scratched. This model completely replaces the felt ones that are adhered to the u-shaped floor protectors. Removing the felt is fairly easy, and once you've done so, this cover slips right into place.

Printing

Here's what I've printed with so far / my settings:

• 95A TPU from MicroCenter (Inland brand)
• Outer brim
  • 5mm width
  • 0.45mm separation gap
• Print speed:
  • 10mm/s first layer
  • 15mm/s rest
• Travel: 100mm/s
• Temperature:
  • 220°C nozzle
  • 60°C bed
