Personalized Christmas and any event reusable calendar with Surprise!

Personalized Christmas calendar! 

This is not the classic disposable calendar. 

You can customize it this for any occasion! (wedding, birthday, Halloween ecc) all year round!

Under each day box there is a 35x35x30mm space where you can put a chocolate, a little gift or a nice joke!

The little box doors have guides on the side that allow you to keep in place a printed image, a Christmas image, or photos of your family, selfies, your children or whatever you want.

A little snap will help the box stay closed.

For photos and printed images I recommend using fairly stiff paper so that the images remain in place. Otherwise you can always help yourself with Kores glue stick to glue the images to the boxes.

I recommend printing the doors at 0.15 layers, the boxes at 0.4 layers.

Perfect first layer is essential!

No supports needed!

Total dimensions: 35x25x4cm

The calendar is printed in 4 pieces tailor-made for Prusa MK3s
2 basic boxes and 2 prints with doors.
The parts being thin must be glued together.

It's all very simple!

There are also two templates that will allow you to shape and cut the photos you want to insert in the calendar!

Step 1: print all parts

Step 2:   Check that all doors can open, they have in drawing project a tolerance of 0.15mm for side which is sufficient for good operation.

Step 3:  Glue the bases together.

Step 4:  Glue the top print with doors to the corners of the bases.

Step 5: Print the photos you want and use the template to draw the shape you will cut.

Event template is for a large windows, day tamplete is for a little doors.

Step 6: Insert Photos on the windows and the little doors.

If your photos don't stay in place, use a glue stick!

Step 7: open the doors and put the gifts inside.

Finish!
