FlapLED 500 Holster / Köcher

I designed this holster to fit the common FlapLED 500 type flashlight on the belt of my pants.

The design of that flashlight is quite cool - it has dimmable “high beam” and ambient lighting and can also serve as a USB power bank. On one end, it has a strong magnet … so to prevent the lamp from ratteling in the holster and also to secure it additionaly, I included two 6x12 mm washers in the bottom of the holster.

Printing instructions: use PETG with supports on the build plate. In PrusaSlicer's sliced view, use the slider on the right to set a print pause on the top layer of the washer pocket:

When the print stops, simply place the two M6 standard washers (ID 6,4 x OD 12 x T1,6 mm) in the pockets - make sure they sit flush and don't stick out, otherwise you might damage your nozzle. Then resume the print and the washers will be enclosed completely.
