Description

I found that the hooks on the handles in the rear seat above the door are difficult to get to for hanging things, especially for larger and bulky items like clothing or suits. If you manage to hang something, it ends up blocking the view out the window too.

With this hangar, you can hang your items below the seat line so your view out the window isn't obstructed. It's designed to work with the headrest in the upwards or downwards position.

It doesn't obstruct or touch my head when I sit in the back seat with the headrest standing up, either!

You can also use it to prevent bags from sliding around in the back seat.

Printing Instructions

  • Walls: 8 walls
  • Layer Height: 0.12mm
  • Infill: 100% gyroid
  • IMPORTANT! If you are using an Ender 3 or variant with a knob on the extruder or a z-axis aligner at the top, remove the knob. This print uses almost the entirety of your printer's capable printing height!
  • PLA is not recommended due to its low temperature tolerance.

Assembly Instructions

Print the model right side up.

  1. Remove the rear headrest from the seat.
  2. Slip in the legs of the headrest into the bottom of the print.
  3. Gently bend down and ease the softer top portion of the headrest to go under the “hook”. It's important to not use excessive force on the hook, otherwise it will snap.
  4. With the hook over the headrest, ensure that there is no binding or pressure on the material. Replace the headrest into the seat when dome.
