Description
This is a simple and small holder for a brass brush to mount directly underneath your toolhead on the rear rail. It prints fast and only requires a single nut and fastener. You should be able to just any material as it's not near any significant heat source, but PETG or better (ABS, ASA) is probably best just in case. It can be printed without supports and all the design files are included if you want to make your own version. It requires a single hammer nut to fit the rail (you might have a couple leftover from assembly) and a M4x8mm buttonhead screw.
It's designed to fit rotary tools with a 3mm shaft, where the top of the bristles are roughly 21.5mm from the shoulder of the tool. The fit is relatively tight and you can always use a small piece of tape to tighten the fit and adjust the height as needed.
