Slide projector for Godox H200R head of AD200 flash

This project is a slide projector for the Godox round head of the AD200 flash. 

I print with PETG for decent strength and temperature resistance. PLA would probably be problematic. I printed it with full supports, 0.2 mm quality setting on Prusa Mini, 15% infill.

To couple it with lenses I used 10mm E Sony mount extension tube and then I can use pretty much any lens that can be adapted to Sony E mount. Unless you can find the same cheap extension tube this part of the model may need rework. To assemble I removed the backplate of the extension tube and replaced it with my piece using the same bolts and holes as the backplate.

On the rear end I added chamfer that allowed me to put some soft material for tighter fit with the flash head. I glued the soft material using acrylic glue.

The slide cutout not be cleaned well enough from the support material so thick plastic slides do not fit. One can widen the cutout if needed.

I printed my gobos on laser printer using A4 presentation film for laser printers. The gobos pdf is attached - I made these in affinity designer.  The laser printer is not ideal as the structure of the print is coarse and becomes visible when you magnify enough.

I am overall satisfied. It would be great If I find better gobos. Possibly I will re-print with a bit wider cutout for slides as to fit standard projector slides.
