cable chain z axis mount for neptune 4 plus/max

Redid the mount to make it way better to print.

You need no supports just print it flat on it's back.

The new file is the v3  I also raised it slightly so if you want to go full cable chain it will work now on the neptune plus and max :) .

made this remix so the z cable  won't get in the way with the maximum print height
