neptune 3 4 cable chain spine connection

made this to be able to connect the cable spine to the cable chain on the neptune 4

I made a remix of the z mount for neptune plus and max.

"note I used the bigger ones from thingiverse link for the plus and max it fits the wire a bit better the smaller one should go on the normal neptune and the  pro.

did not test the smaller version as I only have a plus  advise to print a link and fit it to be sure
