Air Assist nozzle for Comgrow Z1 5W laser

Most of the Air Assist designs for the Z1 are set for the focal length of the 10w module.  I'm not sure how badly the 5w actually needs a proper air assist, but getting the smoke away from the lens is always good, and this is pretty compact and quiet.  You can press fit 6mm x 3mm neodymium magnets into the outer corners and it should grab onto the screws, same as the original red shroud.  Because this use magnets, you can still set focus with the shroud the the 2mm spacer. Takes standard aquarium air pump hose, though mine was a little loose. I used hot glue to secure it.  You could also try printing at 98-99%, tweaking the model, or wrapping some tape around the tube to shim it.  I've run the laser for a few hours with this nozzle on an 18w air pump (the cheap generic ones that come with a 5-valve manifold), and it works reasonably well and has held up fine in PLA.  Use this at your own risk, of course.
