Tukkari TS box - sliding vent shutter / posuvný uzávěr ventilačního otvoru

The printer enclosure from Tukkari TS is simple and inexpensive. It is equipped with a ventilation hole with a cover. Unfortunately the cap is difficult to remove, so I invented a sliding cap. When I print PLA material I open the cap, when I print ABS for example I close it to keep the heat in the box. In addition, I equipped the opening from the inside with a 60 mm fan, which I always switch on after opening the cap.

Printing the bottom part upright is without problems. When printed flat, the transparent filament produces a nice pattern, but you have to clean the grooves for the shift. In any case, I recommend that the edges of the top part be sanded off before inserting.

Use M4 countersunk screws to fix the cover.

Box TF pro tiskárnu od firmy Tukkari je jednoduchý a levný. Je vybaven ventilačním otvorem s krytkou. Bohužel krytka se obtížně demontuje, proto jsem vymyslel posuvný uzávěr. Když tisknu materiál PLA, krytku otevřu, při tisku třeba ABS ji uzavřu, aby se v boxu udrželo teplo. Navíc jsem otvor z vnitřní strany vybavil ventilátorem 60 mm, který po otevření krytky vždy zapínám. 

Tisk spodní části nastojato je bez problémů. Při tisku naležato vytvoří průhledný filament pěkný vzor, ale je nutné vyčistit drážky pro posun. V každém případě doporučuji u horní části před vložením strhnout hrany.

Pro uchycení krytu použijte šrouby M4 se zápustnou hlavou.
