Hoto Electric Screwdriver Case

My version of FrostyTheClownMan's Hoto screwdriver box.  I completely re-designed it using my own Parametric Box (which I also uploaded on here, SolidWorks only) so I could fit these wobble extensions from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BYH9DDHQ?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details .  I also included the extension and phillips bit included in the original case.  Since the case is bigger it fits 52 bits.  Also, instead of magnets I added a friction feature to hold them in.  The bits will be tight the first few times you put them in but will loosen up after a bit once the uneven printed surface is smoothed out.  

I would suggest using something like a rigid TPE for at least the extension holders.  I printed everything at first in PLA and it is too brittle in my opinion.  Nylon or all TPE would be best, I think.  I'm going to try all TPE soon.  It printed fine for me with no supports.

Update 1-6-24: TPE, even 95a, is too soft for the whole box.  It does work great for the extension supports though.

Print the extension supports flat.  The reason I made them separate from the box is because if they are printed upright they are too weak and snap because of the “grain”.  

The writing in the picture was done in PrusaSlicer, it's not on the included model.  It's pretty easy to add with a filament change.

BTW, I did move the extension holder that interferes with the long wobble in the main picture, just haven't re-printed it yet. 

Update 12-31-23: I added numbers to the extension supports to make it easier to install them.
