REMIX Stackable Teabagbox (Vase-Mode, Taller, Bedadhesion, Rounded Bottom)

Remix of InstantBenHur. Many thanks for the awesome design & providing the .step file. 

After I already printed three of the original models I noticed some possible improvements so I changed it to be

• Easier to stack (1cm taller)
• Faster and more reliable to print (rounded walls at the bottom)
• Easier to print (Mouse ear brim at the outer corners of the first layer)

Printing:

As InstantBenHur already described: 

Switch to Vase mode. 
Set the “Bottom Shell Thickness” to 4mm. 

→ Since this was not possible after using Vase mode I did it the following way (see screenshot in the gallery above):

1. Use variable layer height (so the rounded outer curves are printed nicely at ~0.28mm while the rest is printed at 0.36mm for my 0.6mm nozzle)
2. Slice model
3. Check at which layer the floor (on which the tea bags rest) is finished. For me this was at layer 11.
4. Set Bottom Shell Thickness to 11 layers
5. This will cause to the vase mode to start at layer 12.
6. You can validate this by enabling seam visibility. The layers above the floor should not contain any seams.

This way I could print mine in 55min with ~50g of filaments.
