I printed mine with the main face (with the text on it) on the build plate at 0.4mm layer height in hatchbox pla, organic supports with auto detection, and 7% gyroid infill. I had to pick out supports from the holes, but it gives a much nicer display surface/makes sure all those holes are nice and round.
It holds the following:
- 9 short screws
- 6 medium screws
- 6 long screws
- 2 stacks of washers in different sizes
- all 4 of the carvera collets and probe adapters
- 4 - 4mm alignment pins
- 6 - 2mm two sided milling alignment pins
- 6 - 6.5mm shoulder bolts (these are specific to my machine. I made an aluminum bed that allows me to turn any of the screw holes into alignment pins)
- 8 flat hold down clamps
- 2 toe clamps
- 2 stepped riser blocks
- 2 additional riser blocks for the stepped riser blocks
- 2 hex drivers, the included 3 mm and a shop made 4mm
- the 2 stock 4th axis chuck wrenches
