FWB handrest for model 600

Model

I made this handrest to raise my 603 with a Universal stock.

It is parametric to help suit your needs, and everything can be used in combination but it is fully modular to give you options.

BOM

For the 10 mm base setup:

• 1x M5 HU nut
• 1x M5x10 CHC screw
• 1x M5x20 to replace the bottom stock screw if needed

For the optional plate at 10 mm height:

• 2x M5 HU nut
• 2x M5x15 CHC screw

For the optional 10 mm spacers:

• 2x M5x35 CHC screw

For the optional spacers, you need to calculate the length of the screws corresponding to your needs.

For everything else, the screws should be the same even if you change the height in the “Params” file.

Warning

I have not tested it on other stocks than my 603 Universal, so be careful when trying with other models as I'm not 100 % sure of the specifications.

Also, regulations may prohibit the usage of raisers and/or limit the rest height in your competition category so check the rules :).

Caveats

The trigger point screw is not accessible once the handrest is in place (I could add an access hole for it but as it is set from the factory it should not be used or at least not frequently).

Updates

2023/01/23: I have slightly changed the design after a test at the range with a longer plate and screw spacing, so if you only use the rest nothing has changed for you.
