Description

Here I have my model of the ROTJ variation of the well known E-11 Blaster.

I designed this after having difficulty with other models where the assembly was quite challenging and messy.

All the parts have been divided into separate plates ready to print in their optimal orientation.

I'd recommend using 100% infill for the U-Rails but the rest should print fine at 15% or more at 0.2mm layer hieght.

Their are holes cut out on many of then parts so you can easily line them up for gluing or simply screw them in. If you want to use screws, personally I used a variation of screws but you'll be fine just going with…

32x M3 socket screws with an 8mm length (they don't all need to be exactly 8mm, you have room to work with whatever you may have lying around). These can be bought in packs of 100 for around £5. I personally find that using screws makes things a lot cleaner.

I've added holes in the mag well and magazine for some magnets to be inserted (up to you).

The assembly should be straight forward just using the images for reference but you're welcome to ask if you get stuck.

The stock has potential to unfold but probably wouldn't hold too well, I glued mine shut.

An orange cap STL is also supplied for anyone taking this out the house.
