Description
Simple tube clamp to replace the suction cups that are supplied. I made a clamp that can be attached to the glass with some "Tesa PowerStrips".
This seems to hold well. The clamp section is removable for easy access to the tubes if needed. The tube diameter is 17 mm. The holes are designed at 17.2 mm for an easy fit.
I wanted to replace the suction cups as they keep getting bad after half a year underwater.
I have two turtles in the aquarium and they keep pushing the tubes away at such an extent that the intakes gets above the water level. Now they should be kept in place for a longer period.

Simply designed in Fusion 360. One sketch with a view from the top.
I designed one side and mirrored the body.
Starting from the critical dimensions (tube size and distance to the glass)
Extra clearance I created later with the Q command (Press Pull)
I kept an extra 0.5 mm between the body as a safe clearance.
Also, I put a bevel on all the edges and contacts with the build plate to compensate for the extra width the bottom layer always gets when printing without a raft.
