The video explains it all. You'll need a 5/8" hex bolt and nut for this to work, preferably at least 6" full thread. Let me know if you have any suggestions for improving the design.

I recommend printing with something strong with good layer adhesion, like PETG, and 100% fill. I am undecided on print orientation and walls vs. fill, so you'll have to use your best judgement.
