Bosch Quick-Connect Vacuum Hose Adapters

This adapter is compatible with the quick-connect system found on Bosch dust collection systems.

I have two types of adapters one designed to slide into a dust port and one designed to slide over a dust port. For smaller dust ports to maximize throughput I use an adapter that fits over the dust port, for larger dust ports I use an adapter that fits on the inside.

Sizing/Fit

• For the ID (Inner Diameter) adapters, measure the inner diameter of your dust port and purchase the ID adapter with an ID within 1mm of your measured ID.

• For the OD (Outer Diameter) adapters, measure the outer diameter of your dust port and purchase the OD adapter with an OD within 1mm of your measured OD.

• Threaded Adapters: measure the ID of your threaded flexible hose. LH = left-hand threads. Available in straight and right angle (RA).

• OD ~58 mm (~2.3 in) - works with most 2.5in dust port

• 1.25in ID LF Threads - works with most 1.25in ID left-hand thread vacuum hose. There's a straight and right-angle version

Print with PETG, PLA, other materials should work as well. I use PETG.
