Safe for IKEA Kallax 335mmx335mm (1 Update)

IMPORTANT 2024-06-27: I reconized an Error with the Upper and lower Wall: It is not straight! I will fix it ! You can print both files in a large printer flat, but do not rotate them on the front Side!

It is only the front of the safe, because mostly the shelf is put at the wall so the backside is closed anyway. 

I made the parts with a depth of about 9cm. Drill holes included for 4mm and 6mm. 

Print the originals in 200%

Print the “Kallax_Safe” Files as they are (100%)

I printed it on a Sunlu S8 Pro with a 310x310mm bed. 

Infill: Backplate 8%; Walls 10%, Knob 20% (because of Carbon-Bubbles); Dial 15%

White Filament PLA mostly from “Das Filament” but also Sunlu

The Front Plate “Beta” should not be printed in a very high resolution because there could be a thin step then. (It took me hours to find out, reason seems the diagonal shape from the original file) - Should be no problem anymore with Frontplate 2.1

I always use a third spacer with all my safes, be sure you glue the axle at the backplates

UPDATE: 

2024-02-07: I added a new Frontplate (2.0) which should not have the High Resolution Problem. Added smaller pieces to print on smaler Printers

2024-02-08: Fixed small line in the Frontplate (2.1) 

2024-02-16: “small pieces Frontplate” should be fine now
