… or any other tube you can think of.

You will find versions for poles with diameters of up to 20 mm, 25 mm and 30 mm .
They come with or without bevelled screwholes (3 mm screw, 6 mm screwhead).
If you use flat head screws and the pipe is not too short you can secure the pipe against popping out, if you install the upper screw after you place the rail in the holder. 

But: It's completely parametric if you want to change something, like the inner/outer diameter of the pipeholder or screwholes, the number of screwholes, the distance of the screwholes from the middle, the height of the baseplate or the pipeholderpiece...
You could also hide screwholes if not needed or if they appear under the pipeholder's sides at certain quantities of holes.

my print settings:
0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height
4 perimeters with arachne generator (so the pipe holder is only perimeters and the screwholes are bound tight)
100% infill (might work with less, but it's not much infill anyway and it shall be very sturdy)
printed with Anycubic PLA blue neat and purple neat
