I saw a Leslie Nielsen interview on the YT. He talk with Conan O'Brian. He uses a thing like this. 

For the top and bottom use PLA, For the tube use TPU

layer height: top: 0.1 mm, bottom and tube: 0.2mm

infill: 20%

brim: no

support: no

the parts must be glued together with super glue, do not leave any holes where the air can escape.
