Ender 3 v3 KE removable bin right w. nebula cam mount and lid

Attention: Please measure the width of the frame (see picture). The width must be approx. 40mm. Apparently there are deviations in the width of some printers either due to changes or quality problems at Creality! If the width is correct (approx. 40mm) then the holder sits securely and firmly. 

Someone already told me that the width of his frame is only 38mm - Unfortunately it is not possible to simply scale this model because of the cut-out for the camera. I will try to create an update which will also fit 38mm frames. You are welcome to let me know if you have another width and I will try to help. Please also understand that it is difficult to make adjustments to any deviation.

Nebula cam screw added

printed my screw with Hyper PLA (carefully tighten the screw when using PLA), better use PETG. My settings for the screw: 0,16 layer height, print speed 160mm/s, 4 walls, 4 top/bottom, 40% infill

After printing the bin, test if its fit easily. according to your print quality, it may be necessary to grind down the corners of the pin that goes into the holder so that it slides in/out easily without force, otherwise it is hard to remove the bin.

if your corners looked like shown below so you may have to grind them a little - dont grind them to much otherwise it becomes to loose ;-)

Achtung: Bitte messen die Breite des Rahmens (siehe BIld). Die Breite muss ca 40 mm betragen. Offenbar kommt es bei manchen Druckern zu Abweichungen in der Breite, sei es aufgrund von Änderungen oder Qualitätsproblemen bei Creality! Ist die breite korrekt (ca. 40mm) dann sitzt die Halterung sicher und fest.  

Jemand hat mich bereits darauf hingewiesen, dass die Breite seines Rahmens nur 38mm beträgt - leider ist es nicht möglich, dieses Modell wegen des Ausschnitts für die Kamera einfach zu skalieren. Ich werde versuchen ein Update zu erstellen, das auch für 38mm-Rahmen passt. Du kannst mir gerne mitteilen, wenn du noch eine andere Breite hast und ich werde versuchen zu helfen. Bitte habt auch Verständnis dafür, dass es schwierig ist, jede Abweichung zu korrigieren.

Ich habe meine Schraube mit Hyper PLA gedruckt (Schraube bei Verwendung von PLA vorsichtig festziehen), besser PETG verwenden. Meine Einstellungen für die Schraube: 0,16 layer height, print speed 160mm/s, 4 walls, 4 top/bottom, 40% infill

Je nach Druckqualität des Behälters kann es notwendig sein, die Ecken des Stifts, der in die Halterung geht, abzuschleifen, damit er leicht und ohne Kraftaufwand rein und raus gleiten kann, sonst ist es schwierig, den Behälter zu entfernen.

wenn deine Ecken so aussehen wie unten gezeigt, musst du sie eventuell etwas abschleifen - schleife sie nicht zu sehr ab, sonst wird es zu locker ;-)
