Description
Why ? I did not like that IKEA lack enclosure leg was in front of my Ender 3 screen and screen knob dialing was a bit awkward, so here is perfect solution for that. Your back will be happy as well (since it is possible to take the screen in hands now). To polish this project to perfection, i made some screen cover which snaps right on using two magnets.
To assemble, just snap-in the back plate and use original LCD PCB screws to tighten it.
To attach screen holder i used 3M double-sided tape on the back + there is additional screw hole. Yes, it may be an overkill, since the screen is pretty light, i wanted to be sure it holds.
All parts fits together perfectly. (Please, when slicing the file, resize “Back_cap” file Z axis value to 9,5mm for perfect fit)

Note! I am using a bit longer ribbon cable (70 cm) for this project. Original ribbon cable length is 48cm.
