Ender 3 V3 SE Orca Profile

Hi, I was struggling to get a working profile under Orca Slicer until they added a base profile for the V3 SE.

However, it still did not lay down a proper initial layer and when it did it stopped extruding from layer 2 onwards. I think this was due to the base fan settings.

After lots of tweaking and testing I am convinced this profile works reliably now.
