Ryobi 40V Battery Holder

NOTE:  Imported from Thingiverse with minimal updates to description but none to design…

I recently purchased a Ryobi 40V weed wacker with expand it capability as my 10 year old gas model was no longer working great. Since I have one more battery I needed one more holder as all of my power tool batteries are hanging from the wall. I based this on my Craftsman 40V holder since they are very similar. All of the Ryobi 40V batteries should mount the same but for reference my battery is a OP4026.

5/25/2022:  Added “Ryobi40V_THK_Walls.stl” with the outer walls at 5mm instead of 2.5mm.

OCT2025:  Added more thick options with 7.5, 15, and 25mm wall thickness.  Batteries are getting heavier so now you have options!
