This flashlight stand is based on my Trustfire 3T6 flashlight stand (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:618322). I have updated the OpenSCAD file to calculate the stand thickness so I recommend this as your starting part for any derivative designs. There are plenty of "Knock-off" makers so please verify the dimensions match your flashlight: 33.5mm on switch end, 33.5 on LED end, 63mm head head diameter, and 160mm for center-to-center of supports. If you need an additional size and are not familiar with OpenSCAD let me know and I can create & upload. I have included a picture that shows all three of my flashlights and stands.
My settings are below but any setup should work OK.
0.3mm layer height
low density fill (10%)
thick (3) shells
