Soss 100 Template

This is a hinge jig for the Soss 100. You mortise the hole using a template bit and the print. Then you use a 3/8" drill bit for the center portion. I created an MDF template from the print since I was going to be making many mortises. Then I attached 2 blocks to the jig to stabilize it and give me reference points for aligning. I also made a little cross to help align the mortise with the center of the boards.
