Description

This is a simple case for the rakwireless RAK19003 Mini Base Board to, in combination with the RAK4631 or RAK113100 Core Modules, create a very simple USB connected Meshtastic node. My goal here was to create the most minimalist case I could while still being convenient to use. The RAK19003 is mounted with three M2.5 screws (I just used the ones that come with the RAK units). The lid simply snaps into place, it's quite secure but not hard to remove. There is a hole to mount an SMA to U.FL antenna cable for using an external antenna.

There are two versions of the case: Case-Mag.stl includes a hole and indent for an M3 nut to mount a countersunk magnet to the back of the case. Case-Zip.stl has a channel cut into the back to allow the case to be mounted using a zip tie in case you want to stick it to a pole or something.

There are also two versions of the lid: Lid.stl is just a plain lid, which Lid-OLED.stl has a cutout for a 0.96" OLED display. The display mounts either with tape/glue, or with four M2.5x3mm countersunk machine screws (I had to cut some 6mm ones because I didn't have 3mm on hand).
